Nuestro equipo est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed para ayudarles en cualquier etapa de su proceso m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mito #2:<\/strong> <strong>Los cuidados paliativos se centran exclusivamente en aliviar el dolor f\u00edsico. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nuestro equipo va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del control del dolor y colabora con los equipos de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para apoyar a ni\u00f1os con cualquier enfermedad, ya sea c\u00e1ncer, problemas card\u00edacos o nacimiento prematuro. Estamos aqu\u00ed para los hermanos, los padres y todos los que participan en el cuidado del ni\u00f1o. Nos aseguramos de que todos reciban el apoyo que necesitan porque sabemos lo importante que es la familia en los momentos dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mito #4:<\/strong> <strong>Los cuidados paliativos solo se proporcionan en el \u00e1mbito hospitalario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los cuidados paliativos se pueden brindar en cualquier lugar donde se encuentre un ni\u00f1o, incluyendo el hospital, la cl\u00ednica, el hospicio e incluso en el hogar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mito #5:<\/strong> <strong>Los cuidados paliativos son el \u00faltimo recurso cuando los tratamientos fracasan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los cuidados paliativos son un apoyo adicional que complementa otros tratamientos.
