We are pleased to announce that for the 15th consecutive year, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford has been ranked as a top pediatric hospital in the nation according to U.S. News & World Report.
This honor is a testament to your commitment to ensuring the best care for children and expectant mothers. We encourage you to take this opportunity to get to know some of the inspiring children and their families, and read their stories of hope and gratitude.
In the 2019-20 Best Children’s Hospitals survey, we ranked in all 10 pediatric specialties, with three specialties in the top 10. Packard Children’s earned the top rankings for the neonatology program, sixth in the entire nation. The nephrology program is the best in California, the pulmonology program ranked best on the West Coast and eighth in the country, and our endocrinology program is the top ranked in Northern California. We could not be more grateful for your support, which has made us one of the nation’s best.
The annual rankings recognize the top 50 pediatric facilities across the United States in 10 pediatric specialties, including cancer, cardiology and heart surgery, diabetes and endocrinology, gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery, neonatology, nephrology, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedics, pulmonology, and urology. The survey measured more than 180 children’s hospitals across the nation that excel in treating children with acute and chronic illnesses.
Thank you for all that you do.
