Como gestora de casos, Perla ofrece un recurso integral para pacientes con epilepsia y familias con necesidades de atenci\u00f3n complejas. Su jornada habitual incluye comunicarse con unas 20 familias de pacientes y ayudarles con tareas como la coordinaci\u00f3n de diferentes equipos de atenci\u00f3n, la comunicaci\u00f3n con las aseguradoras y la asesor\u00eda en triaje.<\/p>\n
\u201cLes digo a las familias de nuestros pacientes que me llamen, me env\u00eden un mensaje de texto o un correo electr\u00f3nico en cualquier momento\u201d, dice Perla. \u201cPueden contar conmigo, incluso si solo los conozco por tel\u00e9fono\u201d.<\/p>\n
