Su mundo se detuvo en seco.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\u201cNos vimos abrumados por la informaci\u00f3n\u201d, recuerda Jennifer, la madre de Nick. \u201cY luego nos sorprendi\u00f3 la rapidez con la que comenz\u00f3 su tratamiento\u201d. En nuestro Centro Oncol\u00f3gico Infantil Bass, un equipo de m\u00e9dicos, enfermeros, anestesi\u00f3logos y dem\u00e1s personal, liderado por la Dra. Kara Davis, se puso manos a la obra de inmediato para atender a Nick.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\u201cY un reconocimiento especial a Jake, el especialista en desarrollo infantil de Nick\u201d, a\u00f1ade Mike, el padre de Nick. \u201cHa estado muy atento para que la estancia de Nick sea lo m\u00e1s agradable posible y para ayudarlo a superar su tratamiento\u201d. En junio del a\u00f1o pasado, Nick respond\u00eda tan bien a la terapia que particip\u00f3 en su primera carrera de verano.
