Como estudiante de enfermer\u00eda y expaciente del LPCH, comprendo la importancia de apoyar la investigaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, por lo que me alegra formar parte de la iniciativa de recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos de mi familia\u201d, comparte Kate.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado septiembre, Steve complet\u00f3 la media marat\u00f3n Big Sur Trail 2017. Este exigente recorrido lleva a los corredores a lo largo de 21,1 kil\u00f3metros de caminos de tierra, subiendo y bajando monta\u00f1as y colinas por la pintoresca costa de Big Sur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFue bastante duro y hubo momentos en que pens\u00e9: &#039;\u00bfC\u00f3mo voy a lograrlo? Me quedan tantos kil\u00f3metros hasta la meta&#039;\u201d, comparte Steve. \u201cEntonces pens\u00e9 en todas las familias que he conocido en la unidad de cuidados intensivos y en su inmenso valor, y pens\u00e9 en todo el personal m\u00e9dico tan dedicado con el que he tenido el honor de trabajar.
