Luego sucedi\u00f3 algo a\u00fan m\u00e1s extraordinario: nos pusimos en contacto con ustedes, nuestros colaboradores, y en tan solo 48 horas m\u00e1s de 100 donantes se sumaron para ayudar a financiar todos los gastos de viaje y alojamiento necesarios para hacer realidad este sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El especialista en desarrollo infantil Jake Lore y la directora del programa AYA, Pam Simon, recibieron la emocionante tarea de encontrar a un merecedor destinatario de las entradas. Y gracias a su apoyo, pudimos crear una sorpresa inolvidable para Anuj, un estudiante, luchador contra el c\u00e1ncer y el mayor fan\u00e1tico de los New England Patriots de nuestro hospital.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5Gcet6pduA4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEnseguida pensamos en ti\u201d, dijo Simon mientras le entregaba las entradas a Anuj. \u201cHas sido muy positivo durante tu diagn\u00f3stico y tu tratamiento. Pase lo que pase, nunca dejaste que nada te desviara de tus metas. Eres un gran ejemplo para todos nuestros pacientes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Anuj se qued\u00f3 sin palabras! Decidi\u00f3 traer consigo a su hermano mayor, tambi\u00e9n aficionado de los Patriots.<\/p>\n<p>Al d\u00eda siguiente de la Super Bowl, Anuj nos envi\u00f3 este mensaje para compartirlo con vosotros:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Tras regresar del Super Bowl hace menos de 24 horas, me embargan un mont\u00f3n de emociones. No s\u00e9 muy bien por d\u00f3nde empezar, as\u00ed que empezar\u00e9 dando las gracias. Gracias a Joe y Carrie Staley por donar las entradas al hospital, y a Pam y Jake por sugerir que me las dieran a m\u00ed. Gracias a todos los maravillosos donantes que hicieron posible este viaje y me brindaron una experiencia inolvidable. Esa gorra ha sido testigo de todo en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os y medio. Y, sobre todo, me ha recordado lo mucho que he avanzado y lo cerca que estoy de terminar.
