Todos fueron muy amables y se esforzaron por hacernos sentir c\u00f3modos durante nuestra larga estancia en el hospital\u201d.<br \/>\nMahmoud agreg\u00f3: \u201cTen\u00edamos buen personal, excelentes m\u00e9dicos y el ambiente era amigable\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras la familia esperaba un nuevo coraz\u00f3n para Yassen, vieron c\u00f3mo tomaba forma el nuevo edificio principal del Packard Children&#039;s y se emocionaron al saber que ser\u00edan parte de la mudanza oficial de pacientes al nuevo hospital en diciembre pasado.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, pocos d\u00edas antes de la mudanza, Yassen recibi\u00f3 la noticia: No ir\u00eda a ning\u00fan lado el D\u00eda de la Mudanza de Pacientes. \u00a1En cambio, le dar\u00edan un coraz\u00f3n nuevo!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCuando finalmente recibimos la llamada de que el coraz\u00f3n estaba listo, nos impact\u00f3\u201d, dice Mahmoud. \u201cNo lo esper\u00e1bamos, a pesar de que nos hab\u00edamos preparado para ese momento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTen\u00eda miedo\u201d, dice Yassen. \u201cMe pon\u00eda nervioso perder mi viejo coraz\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por suerte, Yassen ten\u00eda una mejor amiga en el hospital: su enfermera, Jenna Oslan, enfermera titulada. Hoy, tan solo unos meses despu\u00e9s, Yassen est\u00e1 progresando notablemente. Ya est\u00e1 de vuelta en casa y regresa al Packard Children&#039;s semanalmente para revisiones con su equipo m\u00e9dico, que incluye a Laurel Kent, enfermera practicante, y a la Dra.
