International Children’s Festival has been organized as a flagship event by the International Children’s Festival Committee with the goal of bringing children together from different world cultures and communities in the Bay Area. More than 5,000 people attend the free festival that includes traditional dances, performances, arts and crafts, children’s activities, and food.

100 percent of the food sales will benefit Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford and other local charities.

This year’s festival will be held on September 24, 2016 in Discovery Meadow Park. Located next to the Children’s Discovery Museum, the park offers lush grassy area for all children to play.
