This summer, SBC is partnering with an organization that is very close to our hearts. The Annual Solid Organ Transplant Camp by Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford offers transplant recipients at Packard Children’s a chance to be a kid, not just a patient. Parents sign their kids up for an all expenses paid, wonderful week of swimming, scavenger hunts and campfires. In addition to all of the summer camp experiences you would expect, patients have access to the nurses and medical supplies needed to manage their chronic illnesses.

For two weeks this summer, August 22 – September 3, 2016, SBC will help fund the Annual Solid Organ Transplant Camp by Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford for every donor we see at our mobile drives and center sites.
