Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford and Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) have partnered during this holiday season to raise awareness and funds for our patients and their families. Mazda’s annual Mazda Drive for Good winter event is a national fundraising and volunteer campaign which has partnered with four national nonprofits and 42 local nonprofits to help give to those in need during this holiday season.

"Mazda Drive for Good is our unique way of supporting local and national charity organizations. By donating money and giving what's most important – our time, we are able to make a difference in the lives of those around us. It's our way of ensuring that vehicle test drives and sales not only benefit us as a company, but all the local communities our dealerships are proud to be a part of. At Mazda, we truly believe that Driving Matters most when you're driving for good," says Robert Davis, SVP of U.S. Operations, Mazda North American Operations.

For every test drive of a new Mazda vehicle conducted during the event period, Mazda will pledge one hour of charitable service. The performance of these hours is a collective effort between Mazda’s dealership and corporate employees. For every new Mazda purchased or leased during the event period, $150 will be donated (by Mazda) to a nonprofit organization like yours. The customer makes the choice via a dedicated microsite which will launch on November 21, 2016. This site will provide customers the ability to direct Mazda’s $150 donation.

This philanthropic effort was launched in 2013, and over the last three years is responsible for raising more than $13 million and pledging more than 195,000 hours of charitable service performed by Mazda team members. This year, we hope to increase both of those numbers and continue to do good in our communities. Click here to learn more.
