Restaurants With Heart: Sakura Teppanyaki and Sushi

This month we have a big treat!  Sakura Teppanyaki and Sushi, which just opened up its newest location on Main Street in Redwood City, is offering a 3-course meal at the Hibachi table:

First course – choose either a soup or salad
Entrée – enjoy your choice of either chicken, steak, shrimp or vegetarian and that comes with Hibachi vegetables and fried rice
Dessert – ice cream – your choice of vanilla, green tea or sherbet

Lunch is at a cost of $24 (includes a $4 gratuity).
Dinner is at a cost of $35 (includes a $5 gratuity).

Co-hosted by the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs and UPMC Health Plan, it is the only dedicated venue for members of the complex care field to learn, network, and create a shared agenda for improving care for people with complex needs.

Join Café 5 of The Future of Care for Children with Medical Complexity Virtual Café Series to hear examples of the pressing need to address bias in systems of care and move from a medical to social model of care. This interdisciplinary café-style series is led by the Center for Innovation in Social Work and Health at the Boston University School of Social Work.

Hosted by the San Francisco Auxiliary, the Jewel Ball raises funds to pay for undercompensated care at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford.
