Volunteer for the 19th annual Race Against PH

What is the Race Against PH?

A 5k event to raise funds for the fight against pulmonary hypertension (PH), a debilitating disease which affects the heart and lungs of children and adults. There are many unknown causes of PH and there currently exists no cure. The Race Against  PH was started in 2001 by a patient and her family in an effort to promote awareness about this devastating illness.

We are seeking volunteers November 2 – 3, 2019

Volunteers can help with:

  • Registration (11/2 and 11/3)
  • Serve as course monitors
  • Staff the water station
  • Kids activities
  • Aid at the finish line
  • Set-up and clean up
  • Photography/Video
  • Distributing T-Shirts and snacks post-race

Partner with us

Volunteer leadership opportunities are also available for 10 to 15 highly motivated students looking to make a difference. We are looking for volunteer leaders who seek real-world marketing, fundraising, and development opportunities.
