Purpose
Through this project, the Hospital for Sick Children will develop a list of competencies pediatricians should possess to provide care that meets the unique needs of CMC. The list will be based on the recommendations and consensus of an international expert panel of pediatricians, allied health professionals, family caregivers, and adults with lived experience. The goal is for the list of competencies to inform curricula, both for continuing education for established clinicians and for future physicians caring for CMC.
