人類に根ざした緊急行動枠組み
The Rooted In Humanity Urgent Action Framework empowers changemakers to reshape systems of care for children with medical complexity (CMC) in practical ways that matter to CMC, families, and clinicians. This new framework, produced by the Boston University Center for Innovation in Social Work and Health, was co-developed by family partners and clinician faculty using learnings from The Future of Care for CMC Virtual Café Series—six webinars focused on advancing policy, clinical practice, research, and interdisciplinary education to improve quality of life and well-being for CMC and their families. The framework shares actionable strategies, tools, and stories that social workers, policymakers, family/clinician advocates, researchers, and other care partners can use to prioritize humanistic care and the creation of systems based on trust and mutual partnership. その framework can be viewed オンライン または による downloading a PDF of the content below.
