For young patients at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford, the start of the school year looks a little different. Instead of heading to a new classroom, they’re navigating treatment plans, surgeries, and hospital stays—while still completing schoolwork, making art, learning to code, and doing all the things curious, growing kids do.
