Kidscal.org Will Be Phased Out July 31

PALO ALTO– Since 2003, kidscal.org has provided a central resource for the numerous children’s health events held in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. We’re writing to announce that kidscal will be phased out by July 31 because the work of the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health no longer focuses exclusively on the two-county region. Fortunately, the Silicon Valley Community Foundation has implemented a new Community Calendar where you will be able to submit your upcoming events.

The Silicon Valley Community Foundation calendar is a free, easy-to-use resource that highlights events sponsored by nonprofits in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. To find and submit events, visit http://www.siliconvalleycf.org/calendar.html. You still will be able to submit events until July 1, and we will continue to produce Kidscal Update until July 31.
