The Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health’s grantmaking and advocacy program for children and youth with complex health needs (CHN) is sponsoring the 2026 Putting Care at the Center conference in Oakland, CA.

Poniendo el cuidado en el centro is a national conference for professionals working to improve care for people with complex health and social needs, which includes children and youth with CHN. This conference is hosted annually by the Camden Coalition’s Centro Nacional para Necesidades Sociales y de Salud Complejas.
