The Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health’s grantmaking and advocacy program for children and youth with complex health needs (CHN) is sponsoring the 2026 Putting Care at the Center conference in Oakland, CA.

Paglalagay ng Pangangalaga sa Sentro is a national conference for professionals working to improve care for people with complex health and social needs, which includes children and youth with CHN. This conference is hosted annually by the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs.
