Join the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health at Putting Care at the Center 2024 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Co-hosted by the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Health Plan, it is a dedicated venue for members of the complex care field to learn, network, and create a shared agenda for improving care for people with complex medical needs.

The theme of Putting Care at the Center 2024 is: From partnerships to ecosystems of care. Improving the health and well-being of individuals with complex health and social needs requires strong complex care ecosystems, in which organizations and sectors work collectively to coordinate care.

As a sponsor of this year’s conference, the Foundation will have a table at the Beehive (a semi-structured networking space) to talk about our Program for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs and connect with attendees.
