Pumpkin carving, costumes, and treats—Halloween is a magical time for all children. Here are some fun ways you can help make Halloween extra special for patients and families at our hospital.

1. Trick or Treat! Give $25 to the Children’s Fund

For patients undergoing treatment, leaving the hospital on Halloween may not be possible, so we bring the fun to them. Last year, Juan and Adelita Bravo of Carson City, NV made their own special costumes that melted our hearts: matching neon shirts with photos of their eldest son Xavr and the words, "Thank you for saving my son's life." Give $25 to the Children's Fund and help more kids like Xavr this Halloween. Plus, thanks to a generous gift from the Keith and Pamela Fox Family Foundation, every gift will be matched dollar for dollar up to $5,000! That means your $25 gift will be doubled to make TWICE the impact.

2. Shop at Spirit Halloween

From now through October 31,bring this couponto your local Spirit Halloween store to save 10 percent off your entire purchase. In addition, 10 percent of your purchase will be donated to our Child and Family Life Department! You can also make an additional donation at the register and have a paper pumpkin added to the wall! From antiques and collectibles to jewelry, rare books, and handmade holiday boutique items, you are sure to find some great treasures. For more information, go to the event listing.

4. Visit the Webb Ranch Pumpkin Patch
