Putting Care at the Center 2025

Members of the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health’s grantmaking and advocacy program for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) will be attending the 2025 Putting Care at the Center conference in Portland, OR. The Foundation is a sponsor of this year’s conference. 

Putting Care at the Center is a national conference for professionals working to improve care for people with complex health and social needs, which includes CYSHCN. This conference is hosted annually by the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs.
