Purpose

In California, the launch of enhanced care management (ECM) as a Medi-Cal benefit for children and youth with complex needs has been slow and challenging. Building on previous work funded by the Foundation, CRISS and its partners will continue to assess the state’s ECM benefit implementation and develop and promote recommendations for making this important new benefit work for children and families who need assistance with care coordination.
