Purpose

This grant will enable Family Voices to execute on its five-year strategic plan focused on four key pillars (integrated systems, research, training and technical assistance, and health equity), with family engagement as the primary driver. Through this grant, Family Voices will strengthen its infrastructure and capacity while continuing work on external project-based grants and partnerships. It will also build on its Family Engagement in Systems Assessment work by offering state-level coaching and support. Finally, Family Voices will continue its work to identify and promote family-focused policy changes that improve the lives of CYSHCN and their families.
