The Future of Care for CMC Virtual Café #6: Sustainability and Strategic Partnerships
This virtual café focused on a strategic yet practical perspective for advancing sustainable care coordination. Participants learned about strategies for making progress toward meaningful sustainability and partnerships for human-centered care.
The café was the conclusion to a six-part series entitled, The Future of Care for Children with Medical Complexity Virtual Café Series. The series, led by the Center for Innovation in Social Work and Health at the Boston University School of Social Work, offered short presentations by nationally recognized experts in the care of CMC, including family partners. Participants had the opportunity to connect with peers and learn about topics that matter most to children with medical complexity and their families. The series was funded through a grant from the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health.
