Purpose
Family well-being (FWB) significantly influences the well–being of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN), as children rely on their families and caregivers to provide medical assistance at home. Through a diverse, representative sample of families of CYSHCN and other key stakeholders, this project will create a definition and conceptual framework of FWB for CYSHCN and will assess the impact of health systems interventions designed to optimize FWB.
